This is the stage wherein the final component is made. Molding takes places in a tooling with temperature range of 150⁰C ~ 160 ⁰C and pressure of 1100psi. With this pressure and temperature the polymer vulcanizes and takes the share of the final shape.
We at Fores Elastomech have the latest and most sophisticated equipment to produce parts with very close geometrical tolerances. Our stringent process control and in process Q points insure uniform temperature and pressure across all cavities in the tooling.
