Shift Manager Production
* Experience 7-10yrs
* Reports to Sr. Manager Production
* Will be responsible for entire shift operations like efficiency, output and handling causal / Permanent workers
* Daily Manpower cost update.
* Should have experience in handling 4-5 line supervisors.
* Should have experience is ISO TS and QMS.
* Background in Rubber industry is preferable but Plastic is also fine.
Senior Executive Production Planning and Control PPC
* Experience 7-10yrs.
* Reports to Sr. Manager PPC
* Should have experience in handling OEM clients with skills like
-Gathering monthly and weekly requirements
-Plan for dispatches and ensure material has reached the client
-Customer satisfaction survey
-First line of contact for any quality concerns at customer location
-Monthly visit to client along with Marketing team for increasing SOB
* Should have experience is ISO TS and QMS.
* Good Spoken and Written English
Senior Manager Exports
* Experience 10-14 yrs.
* Reports to Plant Head or Head — International Business.
* Should have experience in handling minimum 15Cr+ export business.
* Should coordinate with Purchase and Shipping companies for timely dispatches.
* Will be responsible for end to end operations of export business
* Should be well versed and responsible for all export related formalities and Government requirements.
