Tool design is crucial as the quality of the tooling determines product characteristics. An apt tool design helps in productivity, control in rejection, and control in input raw material and ensures proper cure state of rubber in all cavities.
As tooling plays such a pivotal role in product development, we have in house tool design facility. Our design team uses state of the art software’s for designing tools that have high degree of dimensional accuracy and each tool is designed after studying the product performance requirements.
We have ability to design tools for compression, transfer, Injection – transfer and Injection processes.
With lead time for vehicle developing coming down there is a need for development of proto parts with lowest possible cost and fastest possible time. To meet the challenging demands of OEM’s we have put an in house tool room with CNC lathes and milling and drilling machines. The tool room is capable of making tools and metallic inserts for composite parts.

1. 10 days for rubber parts
2. 20 days for parts that have composites.
